These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dramazo application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by EVISION MEDIA (HONG KONG) GROUP LIMITED (“Dramazo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Dramazo

Dramazo is a digital entertainment platform that provides:

  • Short drama and video content;
  • Localized content distribution;
  • Free and paid viewing services;
  • In-app purchases and subscription features;
  • Content recommendation and community-related services.

Some content may be free to view, while other content requires payment or watching advertisements to unlock.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Purchases and Payments

Users may purchase:

  • Full-series unlocks;
  • Subscription plans;
  • Other digital goods or services available within the App.

All payments are processed through:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play Store;
  • Other authorized payment providers.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable.

Unless required by applicable law or platform policy:

  • Purchases are non-transferable;
  • Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable;
  • Refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant payment platform.

6. Advertisements

Some content may be unlocked by viewing advertisements.

Advertisement-supported access:

  • May unlock a limited number of episodes;
  • May expire after a period of time;
  • May require watching additional advertisements to continue viewing.

We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted delivery of advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through Dramazo, including but not limited to:

  • Videos;
  • Images;
  • Music;
  • Text;
  • Logos;
  • Software;
  • User interfaces;
  • Trademarks;

are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Download;
  • Distribute;
  • Modify;
  • Sell;
  • Reverse engineer;
  • Publicly display;

any content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Upload unlawful or infringing content;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services;
  • Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools without authorization;
  • Circumvent payment or content protection mechanisms.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramazo does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be uninterrupted;
  • Content will always be available;
  • The Services will be free from errors or viruses.

You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dramazo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of data;
  • Business interruption;
  • Losses arising from third-party content or advertisements.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Services

  • Suspend or discontinue parts of the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
